Hi Thrifters! I didn't get out this week. This hasn't happened to me in forever. This hasn't been a good week, I tells ya. Hope you have some great stuff to show off this week - I need to see it!
So this week I worked on cleaning up wooden thrifted things and painting them so I can get them gone/in use depending on what they are. One Lawn Bowling Fund Raising Sale (got a bit) and one Garage Sale (got nothing) this week. Not much but a start to the season I hope. Hope things go better for you this week. Joy
I didn't either, it's nice to have a breaaaak when your house is already full and you have things to shoot. I did put up a thrift haul of things I've re-shot lately, though.
and then I made some bunting from thrifted velvet and added a vintage few rotary phones. Didn't collect any little coffee spoons (and back in the 70's they were very popular as 'gifts' for people leaving jobs - engraved too, and yes, I received two that way). Joy
I know how you feel I didn't make it to that many stores this week and I had no really good finds at any of the stores I made it to. Your kneehuggers look like I feel most days. Denise
I've been dragging with my thrifting too. A nice pick-me-up to see what treasures that others have found. Thanks for hosting. - Lynda @ SomethingCreatedEveryday.blogspot.com
Hello, this is my first time joining in with this link up, thanks for hosting, I'm looking forward to clicking through the links and looking at the thrifty finds!
I'm a 27 year old male thrifting enthusiast living in the large city of Toronto, Ontario!
I'm a collector of Pyrex, vintage stationery, salt & pepper shakers, 1980's & early 1990's pop culture memorabilia & anything else exciting I come across along the way.
I'm also in the process of "shedding for the wedding" - goal is to lose 40 pounds.
