BOWL: Unmarked Yellow Polka Dot Bowl.

I think someone else had picked up something like these a month or so ago, but I can't remember who & what the answer was. I found this bowl yesterday at a Value Village, priced at a decent $2.49 & in great condition. This is the same pattern as the set of the polka dot Federal mixing bowls & had the exact same style, with the rounded top, as a plain white Fire King bowl right next to it. Are they Hazel Atlas?
