Can't seem to sleep, so here are a few obtainable items on my want list:
Patti Smith records
I once had Easter. I bought it from a grumpy old man in a grimy old vinyl shop downtown Hamilton about 10 years ago. I don't know what happened to it. Have only seen one Patti Smith vinyl in the thrifts - heart skipped a beat when I saw it & then sank when I saw why it was still here - it was cracked!

A full set, barely used Butterprint mixing bowls. I already have the 401, but could always use an extra.

Another heard chair in excellent condition.

A Super Mario Brothers cake pan:

& 'Disco Bloodbath' by James St. James. Read this book years ago before the release of Party Monster (the movie) & had taken it out from the library. Would love to own a copy,

This actually is an attainable thrift wish list! I have thrifted two of these items: Patti Smith Wave on vinyl for 27 cents from Goodwill and Party Monster (formerly Disco Bloodbath) for $1.50 from the Philly AIDS Thrift. And, oddly enough I have spotted Mario cake pans, but in not-so-great condition. Well good luck with your list!

This is a very cool thrift list! I never see any cool vinyl when I look only church music (PASS).
ReplyDeleteI would love to find me some Patti Smith vinyl! (And more L7 too) :)
ReplyDeleteGreat wish list!
Never was a fan of Patti, her hairy arm pits freaked me out!
ReplyDeleteI'll keep an eye for one, it's for a good cause after all :0
Love the Mario Cake Pan!
ReplyDeleteJackie - I remember when you thrifted Wave, I was jealous. I have Party Monster, but I want Disco Bloodbath. And thanks! Hope to score some of them on my trip Friday.
ReplyDeleteGenevieve - too lucky to find an L7 vinyl! Love them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Wendy! I'm going to post more of my want list.
ReplyDeleteVonlipi - your too kind.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had where you can reply directly to someones post. I don't know how to change that.
