Vintage Comic Postcards

I just bought these off eBay tonight. I have been looking for a good, affordable lot of comic postcards for display in a set of 6 frames that I pulled out of the trash with erotic sketches in them. The lot of 12 with shipping was $7.25, I know right? Some of these comic postcards are priced at 10+ each & charging us Canadians over $9 shipping, however, I haven't seen any of these ones listed (that I remember). Perhaps these ones were made in Canada as they are being shipped from Ontario. Antique malls were charging $2-$3 for the most rundown, unfunny pieces of crap! Anyways... looooove them, especially since I haven't made a thrifting run since Thursday! Attempted one today & the whole electric grid was out, so 2 of the 3 stores I was going to hit - CLOSED!
There's beautiful red in each & everyone of these postcards.

Hope everybody is having a great thrifting week!

  1. So risqué! Sometimes you can find good deals on eBay. Usually, it's when someone doesn't realize what they have and they describe it wrong in the description. It happened to me again recently with Pyrex. Wait & See!

  2. I used to sell postcards on Ebay, I never found these comic ones to be very good sellers, I used to let them go for cheap!

    1. I'm surprised.

They weren't even too fab at the antique markets this weekend & they were pricey. Oh well.
